SHIPPING: Rods are shipped within 5-10 business days. If you chose a custom rod, select phone order so you can customize the rod with the Captain before payment. If you chose a prebuilt rod, the Captain can process your order faster and get the rod shipped.

REFUND/RETURNS: Rods can be returned, but shipping is not included in the refund. Returns will be processed based on the condition of the rod when received by the seller.
